Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property: ELLESMERE PORT EAST WhitbyThamesdale – Unknown female has attended at a house of multiple occupancy and caused damage to the glass panel within the front door. She has then gained access into the property, by unknown means and pulled the TV off the walk and damaged a mirror before leaving. – Female arrested and bailed following further investigation.ELLESMERE PORT WEST St. Pauls Briardale Road – Resident returned to find front door of the property ajar. Unsure if anyone has entered the property as inside appears all in order and nothing reported stolen. Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises: ELLESMERE PORT WEST Willaston & ThorntonNeston Road – During the early hours of the morning an unknown male was witnessed gaining access to the upper floor living area of the ‘Nags Head’ public house. – Male arrested and charged.GrangeOverpool Road – Male and female have entered the BP Garage through an insecure rear door. They have stolen chicken and wine before leaving on pushbikes. Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT WEST NestonHinderton Road – Two unknown youths on the roof of the Civic Hall throwing tiles and bits onto the bowling green.St. Pauls Wilmslow Drive – Glass panel in conservatory hit by an air pellet or similar which has caused it to shatter.GrangeGrappenhall Road – Group of youths have damaged a fence panel. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownMaiden Gardens – An attempted theft of a Honda CBF 125 was carried out by three unknown males. ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownColiseum Way – While parked in the car park near Matalan, a Ford Fiesta ST EcoBoost had the key cover removed from the door.RossmoreShepherd Close – Male found sleeping in occupants Fiat 500, which was parked on residential driveway. Following being confronted the male left and it was found that the glove box had been ransacked several items taken. – Police located male and he has since been arrested and charged and the stolen items recovered.ELLESMERE PORT WEST Little Neston & BurtonLees Lane – Unknown male witnessed trying the door handles of a Jaguar XJ and Peugeot 5008 in an unsuccessful attempt to gain access. Ledsham & ManorGlen Road – Insecure vehicle (no further details) entered by an unknown male. Nothing reported stolen. Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownCheshire Oaks – Two reports received during the time frame of this report:- Citroen Picasso parked in car park A, found with a small hole in the bottom of the windscreen which has also caused the main screen to crack.
- Audi A5 has the front registration plate, showing L11 SVE removed and taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST NestonMillfield – Unknown male offender spat on an Alfa Romeo. After being confronted the offender became defensive and picked up his own bicycle and smashed it into the vehicle, damaging the rear quarter and mirror.GrangeSutton Way – Road sign thrown at a Renault Trafic, being driven along the road, by an unknown male on an electric bike.
